Intellitronics, Inc. was selected as prime contractor under the U.S. Navy's
Seaport Enhanced Program on May 31, 2005. The SeaPort-e Program makes electronic
procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support a reality. The Navy’s
Virtual System Command (VS) consisting of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA),
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), and Space and
Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR) has leveraged the successes and efficiencies of the
NAVSEA “SeaPort” business model to design “SeaPort-e”to be the vehicle of choice
to obtain engineering, technical, and program management services from leaders in
our industry.

of providing information system software analysis, requirements definition, design,
development, test, modification, installation, implementation, quality assurance,
training, and documentation to meet the evolving data storage and reporting needs
of programs and management. Analyze existing IT and IS databases, web sites, and
IT applications and recommend new or improved interfaces and improved management
tools that meet new management requirements, or improve management effectiveness
and efficiency. Perform maintenance and technical support for Local Area Networks
(LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) that are outside the cognizance of the Navy Marine
Corps Intranet (NMCI). Modify, implement and maintain web based information systems
and links. Develop web-site structure, prepare documentation for population, implement
and maintain web sites. Provide systems engineering and technical support for establishment,
test, upgrade, and operational support of systems, networks, workstations and support
equipment hardware and software that are outside the cognizance of NMCI. Conduct
IA analyses, develop, recommend, and implement, monitor, update, and maintain, IA
practices, procedures, equipments, algorithms, and hardware that are outside the
cognizance of NMCI.
Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
This functional area consists of applying the engineering and scientific
disciplines to perform technical analysis of, technically support development of
or selection of hardware and computer software, or modification to existing hardware
and software for systems, test facilities, or training facilities. This also consists
of software engineering efforts and programming support required to technically
support software implementation in systems, sub-systems, and components utilizing
computers, electronics, and software. Planning, designing, coding, testing, integrating,
supporting, and delivering algorithms, software (source code and executables), computer
programs are the inherent activities of this functional area. Generally, the software
development processes used for software development under this contract shall be,
as a minimum, assessed at Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity
Model (CMM) Level 3 or equivalent, however the Government may specify other (either
lower or higher) standards in individual task orders issued under the contract.
Experience:
Information System (IS) Development, Information Assurance (IA),
and Information Technology (IT) Support
Sub Contract (Zone 1, and Zone
2):
Intellitronics has played a major role in the design, development, and continues
to support an enterprise action item tracking system, eTasker, which replaced over
30 similar stove-piped business unit applications resulting in significant cost
savings. Our customer was awarded a Navy eGov Award for this project. This change
in business practice required a carefully planned deployment and roll-out strategy
to ensure stakeholders embraced the new way of doing business. We developed this
application with scalability in mind and have added additional functionality that
automates and standardizes a document review, comment, respond and approval process
that leverages the tasking engine within one application (eTasker). We have developed
online training websites for multiple applications that provide metrics on other
management data and information. We have a gained a firm understanding of the imperatives
to minimize costs through automation through integration and interoperability with
existing systems. We have become proficient at performing integration using industry
and Government standards such as XML, web services, DoD security guidelines, DoD
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Section 508 and usability standards.
Sub Contract (Zone 2):
The United States Navy Airborne Strategic Command, Control
and Communications Program (PMA-271) and the Systems Engineering Department (4.1)
of the Naval Aviation Systems Team has the mission to provide their customer, the
Fleet operators of the E-6, full life-cycle support for the aircraft, engines and
mission equipment. The
prime participates as part of this government team under
contract N00421-03-A-0002 and is presently providing support under Delivery Order
0005. Intellitronics
continues to provide IS Development, and IT support to the PMA-271
community for the entire lifecycle developmen of the TACOMO Digital Analysis System
(TDAS).
We provide direct support to the E-6B Systems Integration Laboratory, Softare
and System development, and Software and System Support.
Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
Sub Contract (Zone 2):
Intellitronics
provides software development support for the DONCIO public and several private
websites, we provide technical consulting services, system analysis tasks, COTS
and GOTS product evaluation, make process improvement recommendations, perform software
requirements gathering, perform software design, development, testing, documentation,
deployment, training, and maintenance.
We recently deployed a complete redesign
of the DONCIO public website, made significant enhancements with the development
and integration of the DONCIO Policy and Guidance website, created an automated
inventory application to facilitate the request, delivery and inventory process
used to monitor and track the dissemination of DONCIO products and services throughout
Government to industry partners. We provide continuous evolutionary development
of enhancements and features to the DONCIO public website.
